3. Equine Activity Liability Notice
Under Florida law, Florida Statutes Chapter 773, Sections 773.01- 773.06, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. 4. Booking, Payments & Deposits
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit. Late payments may be subject to fees. Stryker Equine LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for non-payment.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients are requested to provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
6. Horse Health & Safety Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring horses are current on vaccinations, free from contagious illness, safe to handle, and that behavioral or medical concerns are disclosed.
7. Merchandise & Online Shop
All sales are subject to product availability. Stryker Equine LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, refuse orders, or update product descriptions without notice.
8. Returns & Refunds
Refunds or exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Contact Stryker Equine LLC regarding service or order concerns.
